Day 1 - Friday
We’ll kick off with a laid-back dinner—great food, great vibes, and a chance to settle in. Afterward, we’ll dive into our first session to set the tone for the weekend and begin your journey of growth and self-discovery. This will also include a review of the Personality Profile Assessment you will have completed ahead of time.
Day 2 - Saturday
Start the day with yoga and meditation to feel grounded. After breakfast, we’ll explore the program's core ideas with actionable takeaways.
Post-lunch, enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, paddleboarding, or kayaking to reconnect with nature. Afterward, we’ll gather for dinner and an inspiring evening session to keep the momentum going.
Day 3 - Sunday
We’ll begin with meditation and sound bowls to create a calm, reflective space. After breakfast, the final session will tie everything together, leaving you clear, confident, and ready to move forward.
